MailPush
Gmail push for iPhone and iPad Mail
MailPush gives Apple Mail on your iPhone and iPad push for your Gmail. New messages are sent to your device as they arrive, or within about two minutes when many people are connected, with your Gmail mail and labels, and your labels as folders. You add one account in Settings and keep using the Mail app you already have. There is no extra app to install.
What you get
With MailPush you get:
- new Gmail messages pushed to Apple Mail A message that reaches Gmail is sent to your iPhone or iPad within seconds, or within about two minutes when many people are connected.
- your Gmail mail and labels Every label you made in Gmail is a folder in Apple Mail, and an email shows in the folder of each label it has.
- no email content stored on the server Your messages only pass through on their way to your device. MailPush does not save them. Privacy and security says exactly what it does keep.
How it works
- Request access. Enter your Gmail address and, if you like, a short note. Confirm the request with the code we email you.
- Wait for approval. A person looks at each request. When yours is approved, you get an invitation by email. The invitation works for 7 days.
- Connect. Open the invitation, allow MailPush to use your Gmail on Google's own page, and add the new account in Apple Mail with the steps on How to connect.
